About Project Hale

Project Hale is a professional OSINT common operating picture (COP) for all-source intelligence analysis.

It is named after Nathan Hale.

The workstation fuses multiple open wells into a live map — including USGS, GDACS, Statements (government / IGO releases), UCDP conflict events, reporter Tips, and coded event streams — with polarity, intensity, and place filters (Global, Middle East, Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Strait of Hormuz, and more).

We are building toward cooperative maritime and air tracks (AIS / ADS-B), dark-activity indicators, and multi-source correlation — always with provenance, confidence, and human judgment in the loop.

Conflict event data includes material from the Uppsala Conflict Data Program (UCDP), CC BY 4.0 — ucdp.uu.se.
